Congratulations! I'm delighted to report that the faculty of the VCU Master of Urban & Regional Planning Program have recommended you for full admission to our GIS Certificate program beginning in the Fall 2009 semester.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be accepting our offer of admission and enrolling in the GIS Certificate this Fall semester. I will need to know that in order to assign you an academic advisor so that he/she can help you with questions before/after you come to VCU.

You can expect to receive an official letter from the Graduate School in a couple of weeks. As soon as you receive the letter from the Graduate School, please respond to it to notify the Graduate School that you are accepting admission. After they receive your response, they will enter you into the student system so that you can get an ID and register for classes.
